Ionara — Return Policy

We want you to feel confident before you buy.
At Ionara, every product is carefully chosen. But we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected — and we want you to feel safe knowing that we are here if they don't.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Our return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about a return or exchange.
After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or refunds.
2. Hygiene policy · please read
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate wellness products that have been opened or used.
This is not a restriction unique to Ionara — it is standard across the intimate wellness industry, and it exists to protect every customer who shops with us.
We can accept a return if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The product was incorrect (wrong item shipped)
- The package arrived visibly tampered with
- The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging
If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right — no questions asked.
3. How to start a return
Contact us at contact@ionaraco.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos if the product is damaged or defective
We will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Please do not ship anything back without hearing from us first.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Your refund will appear as a neutral charge on your statement — the same discretion we apply to your original purchase.
5. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional cost.
If you would like to exchange an unopened product for a different one, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6. Shipping costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. Ionara is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
7. Items we cannot accept back
We are unable to process returns on:
- Opened or used intimate products (hygiene policy)
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Gift cards
8. Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or did not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or working with the carrier on your behalf.
9. Discretion in the return process
Just as with your original order, any communication or packaging involved in your return will be handled with complete discretion.
Return labels and correspondence will not reference the nature of the products. Your privacy is protected at every step.
